There is a full size double sofa bed in the lounge which closes off to make a 3rd bedroom, there is the option for an additional Z-bed for separate sleeping should it be for 2 adults. There is a large family bathroom off the hall. With a private entrance to the gardens you can access its own large patio. The living/dining area & main bedroom overlook Woolacombe beach in North Devon.
Open plan living with views of the beach from the lounge and dining areas as well as the double bedroom, stylish leather sofas, LCD flat screen TV, Freesat, DVD, S/Sound – High spec. fully kitted out Kitchen including dishwasher and washer/dryer. Both bedrooms have wall mounted LCD flat screen TV with Freesat. Digitally controlled central heating throughout as our self catering apartments are available for holiday all year. There is private parking and a security intercom entrance to the apartment.
