Southover Holiday Apartments - Apartment 2

Apartment two is the largest self-catering holiday accommodation we have available in Woolacombe. A four bed apartment over two storeys. The apartment sleeps 8 to 10, including a full size double sofa bed. Two bedrooms are en-suite, with a separate shower room on lower floor. The main feature is a very large open plan living area, great for that family or group get together, with French windows leading to a large decking balcony overlooking the gardens.

This self catering apartment was refurbished to a high standard in early 2007.
The kitchen is fully fitted to include ample modern cooking facilities, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and all of the ancillary items you could possibly need while you enjoy your holiday in North Devon.

All our self-catering holiday apartments have combination central heating and instant hot water, they all have the comfort of fitted carpets throughout or in some lounge/dining areas there is modern laminated wood flooring.

The lounge and dining area is spacious with ample dining space, highchairs are available on request, comfortable sofas and all apartments have a modern TV Freesat and DVD.

All bedrooms come supplied with duvets and linen. A cot is available on request at no extra cost. The bathrooms - are fully fitted with both bath and shower facilities.

There is a communal drying area. The holiday apartment also has 2 private car parking spaces available.

Our self catering holiday apartments are situated just a 4 minute walk from the 3 miles of safe golden sands of Woolacombe Bay. Just 3 minutes from the shops and local tourist attractions within Woolacombe village. Southover Apartments are the perfect place to stay and begin your relaxing holiday in Devon.

Southover Apartments are surrounded by National Trust land. If you enjoy walking, there is an abundance of lovely walks locally through the Devon countryside, just a few steps from your apartment door. Not only that, but Woolacombe is the perfect base for exploring the beauty of the South West with Mortehoe, Ilfracombe, Barnstaple, Lynton, Croyde, Clovelly and Exmoor all within easy driving distance. Many other tourist attractions are within easy driving distance.

Woolacombe Bay, just a four minute walk from the holiday apartments - is ideal for swimming, surfing and sunbathing with plenty of space for all, even at the busiest part of the holiday season.
