Southover Holiday Apartments - Apartment 4
This self catering apartment has two bedrooms, sleeping four to six, including a full size double sofa bed. There is a double en-suite bedroom with Juliet balcony and a twin bed bedroom. There is a separate bathroom and large front furnished decking balcony.
It is just a four minute walk to the golden sands of Woolacombe Bay. Three minutes from the local shops and the tourist attractions within Woolacombe village. Woolacombe Beach, just a four minute walk from the holiday apartment - is ideal for swimming, surfing and sunbathing with plenty of space for all.
The apartment is south facing with panoramic sea views and its own separate entrance. This apartment was refurbished to a high standard early 2007.
This self catering apartment benefits from an open plan living area with a fully fitted kitchen including modern cooking facilities, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and all of the ancillary items you could possibly need while you enjoy your Devon holiday.
There is combination central heating and instant hot water, fitted carpets, a large and spacious dining and sitting area. Highchairs are available on request, comfortable sofas and a modern TV Freesat and DVD.
Both bedrooms come supplied with linen and duvets, a cot is available on request at no extra cost. The bathroom is fully fitted with both bath and shower facilities.
Each of our Woolacombe self catering holiday apartments has access to either a decking area, a patio or lawn area. There is a communal drying area. We also have free private car parking space available.

Woolacombe is the perfect base for exploring the beauty of the South West with Mortehoe, Ilfracombe, Barnstaple, Lynton, Croyde, Clovelly and Exmoor all within easy driving distance. Many other tourist attractions are within easy driving distance.
