This self catering apartment has been refurbished to a high standard in early 2007.

There is a furnished front balcony deck, with panoramic views over Woolacombe Bay.

The Kitchen is fully fitted and includes ample modern gas/electric cooking facilities, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and all of the ancillary items you could possibly need while you enjoy your self catering holiday in North Devon. Including combination central heating and instant hot water.

The Lounge and Dining enjoys ample dining space, highchairs are available on request, comfortable sofa and a modern TV Freesat and DVD.

The bedroom comes supplied with linen and duvets. A cot is available on request at no extra cost.

The Bathroom is fully fitted with both bath and shower facilities. It has double access, making it en-suite to the bedroom as well as access from the hall, for when there are 4 persons.
