Southover View Self Catering Holiday Apartments
The self-catering holiday apartments at our Springfield Road location in Woolacombe, North Devon are only a four minute walk from the stunning Woolacombe Bay Blue Flag beach. They are all south facing and have their own separate entrance. All apartments have stunning sea views and decking balconies. Our accommodation ranges from a one bedroom 2/4 person unit to our largest Garden apartment, sleeping 8/10 persons.
Each holiday self catering apartment has been newly refurbished and comprises of the following .....
Kitchens - are fully fitted to include ample modern gas/electric cooking facilities, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and all of the ancillary items you could possibly need while you enjoy your holiday in Devon.
Each self-catering holiday apartment - has combination central heating and instant hot water, they all have the comfort of fitted carpets throughout or in some lounge/dining areas there is modern laminated wood flooring.
Lounge and Dining areas - in each of our self catering holiday apartments is large and spacious. All holiday apartments enjoy stunning sea views and all have decking balconies. There is ample dining space, highchairs are available for a small extra cost on request, comfortable sofas and all sel catering apartments have a modern TV, Freesat and DVD.
Bedrooms - all come supplied with linen and duvets, some have an en-suite bathroom and some have wash hand basins. Cots/Z-beds are available on request at a small extra cost. Some bedrooms have a balcony with sea views.
Bathrooms - are fully fitted with both bath and shower facilities.
Outside - Each holiday apartment has access to either a decking area, a patio or lawn area. There is a communal drying area. Southover also has a private car parking space available (free) to each apartment. (You won't need to move your car whilst in Woolacombe).
Some Pet friendly units - Southover Views Self Catering Apartments are ideally situated for dog owners who like to explore North Devon's coastline. Many beaches allow dogs onto them with certain restrictions. We are a pet friendly establishment and will accept well behaved dogs and small caged animals in certain suitable units with prior agreement.
